We add in sessions based on your area of concerns IBS / gut issues, travelling commitments, blood glucose management and CGM analysis or want to learn more about meal planning .... then I can structure a programme to suit you. - BluePrint of the âLevel Upâ for those of doing 12 weeks and Bringing what we have covered into standards going forward for those doing the 8 weeks.Â
8 Weeks: Reviewing what has been covered and making a plan for continual success. This ensures that your healthy habits become long-lasting.
12 weeks: In the last 4-weeks we will run a "Level up". This session will give you a blueprint of the level-up, which you can run for years to come..
