While I feel you will get the most having sessions 1-4 below, we can create a programme just for you... We add in sessions based on your area of concerns IBS / gut issues, travelling commitments, blood glucose management and CGM analysis or want to learn more about meal planning .... then I can structure a programme to suit you. I do find 6-8 weeks a sweet spot.

Week 1: Understanding You: Initial Consultation and Assessment

Week 2:Working with Your Physiology

NOTE: For those of you through menopause and on the other side, we touch on this in another session and can replace this with  a session that pertains to you (gut health, supplements etc)

Week 3: Nutrition Fundamentals

Discover the simplicity of the STAC approach so that you can make informed nutrition choices effortlessly. Learn meal planning and prepping techniques and eliminate confusion around what to eat.

Week 4: Exercise & Movement

  • Understanding what works for your body & mind
  • Learn which key types of exercise to prioritise during perimenopause and after menopause to support your health and vitality

This week, we’ll dive into understanding which exercises are best suited to your unique needs. We’ll also explore the essential modes of exercise that help maintain strength, mobility, and overall health as you age—so you can feel amazing in your body and truly reconnect with your sense of self as you grow older.

Week 5: Stress & Vagus Nerve

  • Understanding female physiology and how hormones affects your body & mind
  • Science-backed strategies to lower your stress response 

This week, we’ll dive into the science behind stress and explore strategies to help lower your stress response. We’ll focus on the role of the vagus nerve and how you can use it to balance your nervous system, improving your overall resilience. By applying these strategies, you’ll learn how to regulate your stress response, which will help you build a stronger foundation for long-term wellbeing.

Week 6: Sleep & Ying/Yang of Life

  • Understanding the importance of sleep for healthier aging
  • Science-backed strategies for optimal sleep hygiene

This week, we’ll explore the critical role sleep plays in your overall health and wellbeing. While it may not be the most glamorous topic, understanding sleep – and how it specifically relates to you – has been a game-changer for many clients. We’ll discuss the timing of nutrition around sleep, the best foods to support rest, and effective practices to enhance your body’s natural sleep rhythm for healthier aging.

Week 7: Mindset

  • Uncovering and challenging beliefs around food, change, and health Belief patterns can hold us back.

This week, we’ll explore some commonly held beliefs and create awareness around them. Checking in with your body to understand your emotions, food habits, and stress levels is the foundation for reconnecting with yourself and feeling grounded again.

Week 8: Bring it all together and the LEVEL UP

  • BluePrint of the “Level Up” for those of doing 12 weeks and  Bringing what we have covered into standards going forward for those doing the 8 weeks. 

8 Weeks: Reviewing what has been covered and making a plan for continual success. This ensures that your healthy habits become long-lasting.

12 weeks: In the last 4-weeks we will run a "Level up". This session will give you a blueprint of the level-up, which you can run for years to come..

Week 8-12: "Level Up" & Setting Standards of Living

Aging isn’t a steady decline—it’s shaped by key events that can accelerate the process. But here’s the good news: you can do the opposite. By putting in intentional effort to ‘level up,’ you can reset your nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress to create healthier habits that become your new standards.

Weeks 9–12: Running the Experiment
During these final weeks, you’ll dive into an experiment designed to help you interpret the feedback your body is giving you. This phase goes deeper, as emotions and beliefs often surface, offering a powerful opportunity to address them and continue your journey of transformation.

We’ll also tackle lingering pain points from earlier weeks—like improving gut health, learning how to choose supplements, and addressing other challenges unique to your journey.
