I’m Wal!

I’ve been a nutritionist, health researcher, and coach for over 20 years, working with women who are dedicated to their health but suddenly find themselves frustrated by a body that no longer responds the way it used to.

And I get it—because I’ve been there too.

A few years ago, I was doing everything ‘right’—training, eating well, staying active—but the harder I tried, the worse I felt. My body wasn’t responding, my energy was drained, and no matter what I did, it felt like I was sinking deeper into a hole I couldn’t climb out of.

Then, one day, I found myself crying to a stranger. (I’m not normally a crier.) That moment hit me hard—I knew something had to change.

So, I committed to myself. I dug into the research, experimented with what actually worked, and piece by piece, I climbed out of that sinking ship.
